Tonymoly Panda`s Dream Eye Patch has turned out to be a total fail for me. I love eye patches and use them daily but this one is a definite pass for me. If you are looking for a prouct that would be beneficial for the under eye area, this is, unfortunately, not the one. Better get some good hydrogel patches and enjoy using them for the entire month rather than one time use overpriced cutesy pieces of sheet mask that do absolutely nothing.
Claims from the manufacturer:
Panda's Dream Eye Patch is an eye sheet mask that brightens and gives vitality to dull and dry skin around the eyes.
Formulated with bamboo water extracts and niacinamide ingredients, this eye patch effectively brightens the skin around the eyes and provides deep hydration for long hours.
Recommended for anyone with sever dark circles under the eyes and anyone with dry and finely wrinkled skin around the eyes.
Directions from the manufacturer:
After drying the skin, place the mask under the eyes and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then pat the skin to absorb the remaining essence.

My experience:
Tonymoly Panda`s Dream Eye Patch is something that looks good on the pictures on Instagram but. in reality is an epic fail. I have very mixed feelings for this brand, now that several of their products have completely failed to deliver any positive results on my skin. The concept of the patch, their shape and fit is good. The fabric is very soft and adheres well to the skin. But that is about it. The essence is very watery and smells of fake green tea scent. It is very chemical in nature and lingers around for a while.
These patches are supposed to reduce puffiness and dark circles around/under the eyes. Well, there is definitely zero result in that field. As for the size, they are large enough to cover the entire area around the eyes (top+ bottom) and some bits of my nose bridge. Actual patch is a circle cut out from the classic sheet mask with inner curved cut where the actual eye has to fit. It is made in such manner that it creates a flap over the lid so that you can choose wether to use it with flap hanging down and eyes open. You can also go for flap over the eyelids and your eyes closed. I tried option nr. 2 and the essence gotten into my eye. It stung my eyes so bad that I had to remove the patches and rinse mye eyes before doing the 2nd attempt.
On the second attempt after sticking it on with flaps hanging loose I could finally look at myself in the mirror. I looked more like a raccoon rather than looking like panda 🙂 After wearing these for 15 minutes they started to tug on the skin under my eyes and I removed them. The wearing time is short lived for eye patches. As for the results, zero-zero-point-zero-zero anything. My skin around the eyes was not hydrated, it looked more irritated than before application and it felt very heavy for some reason. Can't really describe that feeling but one thing for sure, it didn't feel good at all.
The price point for these patches is whooping 4USD which is a lot for one time use. I know amazing sheet masks that I can tear into pieces and use as patches with great results for under eye area at third the price. Using a good fit sheet mask would deliver better results than these particular patches. Speaking of the waste: I know that sheet masks are not eco-friendly products due to the excessive packaging e.t.c. Well I've found the leader of wastage in that field. Tonymoly patches come in sachets madeof plastic and contain extra plastic divider made of rough plastic in between. So four dollars for plastic + plastic + sheet mask rounds I can cut myself from any existing mask is a major overkill even for me.
