MIZON Acence Blemish Out Pink Spot has been my go-to spot treatment for ages. It works exactly the same as other more expensive products from the same segment if not better. The main downside is that you have to parade with pink spots on your face but to be honest, my family is so used to the fact that I always wear something on my face that they don't even blink twice about it.
Claims from the manufacturer:
This concentrated spot solution targets active blemishes.
The top yellow layer is formulated with BHA, AHA, and natural ingredients that help slough away residue, blackheads and dead skin cells.
The pink powder beneath calms inflamed spots. Together, they work to heal and protect the skin from future damage.
Great for all skin types especially acne-prone skin.
Size: 30ml
Directions from the manufacturer:
Before bed, wash your face and apply toner. Using a clean cotton swab, dip the tip into the pink sediment of the solution and place a dab of it directly on the blemish. It will dry overnight and come morning, you will rinse with lukewarm water.

My experience:
MIZON Acence Blemish Out Pink Spot is very good when it comes to eliminating blemishes without scratching them open if you feel that you have a big zit riping under the surface of your skin. Once you have established where it should pop to the surface, apply the treatment religiously for couple of days and it will go away without changing into white painful volcano. I know guys, hard job to do, but well worth it. I am one of those people who took pleasure from popping whiteheads and now that my skin is very prone to the sun spots, especially on the areas of old pimples, I had to learn how to avoid pigmentation at all costs.
The treatment itself is fairly straightforward. You just have to make sure that you don't shake the bottle before using it on bumps. The beauty of such spot product is that you apply the calamine powder and AHA+ BHA solution over the spot without having drippy marks on your face. That is why it is important to dip the cotton swab all the way to the bottom so you could pick up the calamine powder on it. Be careful with application onto open wounds though. The liquid solution (top layer) contains alcohol and it will sting a lot.
The bottle is made of transparent glass so that you could actually see what are you doing. Considering it is mass-market brand, MIZON did an amazing job including 30 ml of the product and not classic 15 ml like other brands do. The price is very fair and you can often get in on sale in K-beauty shops outside the EU. I love that formula of this is not harsh at all. Even though it is drying on the skin, other products from the same segment are nearly as drying simply due to the active ingredients (acids) in the formula. What stands out the most is that I do not get irritated skin from using this particular treatment. I had the Mario Badescu one before and, dear lord, it felt and looked like it was doing more harm than good.
I am not planning to try other spot treatments as I am liking it so much. this being said, you do have other options on the market. NEOGEN has recently come up with Pink Eraser which is very similar to MIZON. To sum up- nothing beats this beauty for me. I love the way it works on my skin and the price tag of it. MIZON has bunch of ineffective products but in case of the MIZON Acence Blemish Out Pink Spot treatment, they totally nailed the formula!
