Today I will share my thoughts about the beautiful new addition to the Le Parfum family - Elie Saab Le Parfum Royal fragrance. I am sucker for this brand and love their dresses, accessories and fragrances. There is so much work put in every creation that it startles me when something new comes out to the market.

My experience:
Elie Saab Le Parfum Royal is a stunning new edition to the Le Parfum family. I am a proud owner of almost all editions of Le Parfum and d'Or version has been my signature scent for years and will remain so for years to come (right until I run out of my back-ups of it). I just love the luxurious orange blossom that this designer house has managed to create. Each and every flanker with one exception have a solid spot in my perfume-lover's heart.
This fragrance was a tough baby to find but I managed to grab it from German amazon and I don't regret blind buying it. It is royal indeed. I love how rich and floral the opening is. I do regret to in form that it doesn't last long and transforms within 20 minutes into much deeper and more sensual scent. The patchouli peeks through the magnificent, rich bright rose which starts to soften up when amber comes into play. I love how depending on humidity this fragrance changes on me.
Once it is more cool, the bright opening changes quickly into subtle waves of red roses which are resting on the bed of gourmand vanilla. Once the heat is turned up, base notes play way different on my skin and I am surrounded by something that is more reminiscent of oak moss, I guess it is the sandalwood. Opening notes last much longer the hotter it gets. I would wear this perfume in all seasons as it plays nicely on my skin.
Le Parfum Royal is very catching and stunning fragrance. It's sophistication is bold and won't suit everyone. One thing for sure: I'm loving this new fragrance and it may kick it's predecessor from the throne becoming my signature fragrance. Longevity of it is excellent and ranks at 12+ hours on my skin. Sillage is very strong in the opening but after 3 hours it turns more into skin scent. Something I am very comfortable with as I don't wont to suffocate people around me yet want them to stop and ask me what I'm wearing.
