Lancôme Énergie de Vie Exfoliating Mask is a real fail for me in terms of it's effectiveness and the active ingredients. It contains micro beads which are not listed in the ingredient list all and it makes me wonder what else did Lancôme skip mentioning. Being skincare junkie, it only makes me wonder... Knowing that huge corporation behind confirmed eliminating beads out of their products in 2017. Well, now 2020 and still having these in my jar.

My experience:
Lancôme Énergie de Vie Exfoliating Mask is a huge fail for me. I do respect this brand but this particular product... Seriously.... Epic fail. It does absolutely nothing to my skin. I bought it simply because I liked the serum and night mask so much that I thought this would be a winner too. Heck no! Never again.
You come home and open the box and there it lays, so luxurious, so pretty. You put it on your face and after 5 minutes it started to burn on the cheeks where my rosacea is. Burning was so intense that I had to run and wash my face. The first minutes of lovely refreshing feeling should have rang my alarms that it has huge amount of alcohol inside. After inspecting the pachaking, yes, alcohol is on the 3rd place on the list. On top of that it contains microbeads in the mix! I am not a fan of pollution so one thing I stay away from are microbeads.
Lancôme Énergie de Vie Exfoliating Mask delivers nothing for it's price. It is not beneficial for skin at all. Besides minimal hydration, and flareing up my rosacea I got nada from it. An empty wallet as well I suppose. Mask is translucent in consistency with chunks of plant in it mixed with microbeads. It is somewhat difficult to wash off becausenormal water doesn't work fast enough. You need scrub elements to move the product off the skin. Absolutely not my cup of tea.
As I've said before, a lot of masks from Lancôme are great but not this one. Sorry, but it goes into donation box. Maybe someone will be happy with it, I know I won't. I do not recommend this product. It is a waste of time, money and skin health, especially if your skin is sensitive. One thing for sure: it is not worth it's price. It is damaging for skin barrier and Great Barrier Reef.

Cons:
