Directions from the manufacturer:

Dry the face after cleansing. Apply a moderate amount of the mask with the built-in spatula over the entire face. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse with lukewarm water.

My experience:

Heimish Black Tea Mask Pack is a new product that has recently been released is Asia and is not yet available in EU. I’ve got mine from Stylekorean immediately when it was added. It was temporarily on sale for 11 dollars and I immediately grabbed it with great pleasure. I like the products from this brand a lot and was patiently waiting for their mask releases.

The packaging has a very beautiful print that looks very tribal. container of the mask is left clean with only the name of the brand and the product mentioned on the front. the jar is made of thick dark brown plastic and has an apothecary vibe to it. Under the twist-off lid there is a protector in place so that the mask remains fresh and doesn’t leak out. This is also the place where you find the the scoop/spatula which comes with the mask.

Mask is light beige in color and has a whipped gel texture to it. It is very firm, not runny and feels very smooth to the touch. Once it is applied on the face it glides on effortlessly. The scent is fabulous. I smell something that is a combination of woodsy (cedar or pine) combined with something floral. It is not strong nor offensive. On contrary, the scent is very relaxing, natural and soothing. To my disappointment I sense very little tea in it. I get the tea vibe but it is very distant and hard to distinguish between the dominant notes.

Being a wash-off mask you have to apply it onto the dry and cleansed face. It does melt a bit on your skin but the texture remains intact and there is very little chance that it will slide into unwanted places. There is a definite cooling sensation in the beginning that quickly disappears. My skin felt very comfortable through ought the entire 10 minutes I had it on. After rinsing it with lukewarm water my face was so smooth. It also looked brighter and felt moderately hydrated and nourished. It is a great reviving mask for the mornings if you suffer from dull skin. I’d recommend it to any skin type except for people with sensitive and acne prone skin. There is silica and silicone in the mix and together with the added fragrance it may cause irritation instead of being soothing on the skin. Overall a very beautiful mask with amazing spa-like scent and great skin reviving potential!
