Claims from the manufacturer:
The Mediheal Collagen Impact Essential mask is an essential mask formulated with marine collagen and elastin to provide effective moisturization and skin elasticity.
This mask revitalizes fatigued skin as it helps retain moisture and soothes irritated and damaged skin. It helps make the skin rejuvenated, firmer, plumped-up and younger-looking.
It contains components such as hydrolyzed collagen and hydrolyzed elastin which make your skin fatigued by time more vital, so it will change your skin young and vital as if it put the time back and form a moist essence film on your skin having weaker fuctions from dryness. Use of the cellulose mask sheet with silky touch fitting even your fine wrinkles aids intensive care and delivers the efficacy of the high-concentrated essence more mildly.
Directions from the manufacturer:
After cleansing, attach the mask on your face tightly. About 15~20 minutes later, take off the mask. Dab your face softly and lightly.
Special Note: Considering the skins 4 week turnover term, it is most effective to use consecutively 2-3 times a week for 4 weeks (one month concentrated skin management program).

My experience:
First of all I would like to mention how useless is the internet when it comes to the ingredient lists. Everything available in the net about the Mediheal masks is outdated information so always always always look at the packaging yourself! Mediheal had added parabens and sometimes alcohol in their products but new masks are entirely sulfate, paraben and alcohol free. I’ve typed the ingredient list over from the sachet so please check it out and see what you come across online.
The packaging on this mask is classic. I’ve been seeing the same packaging for years. Maybe it would be nice to get some change in it as well once you realize the formula has been adapted to more skin-friendly version of it.
The sheet of this mask is medium-thick, semi-transparent and well soaked in the essence. Once applied on the face the fit and adherence of this sheet mask is amazing. Same goes for the other masks from Mediheal, that is something they really invested in and it is a big pleasure to use their products. The essence is clear and bit less runny than a water. It is also lightly scented and I can whiff some lemony-green scent. The scent disappears very fast and is not noticeable during the wearing time at all.
I keep this mask on for the 20 minutes on the hot days and for 30 minutes in the winter. The sheet can hold a lot of liquid which evaporates much faster in the warmer days. After mask is off my face I am left with very smooth and shiny skin. The essence left on my skin absorbs fast but I am still feeling slight tacky leftover. It doesn’t bother me and if I apply my sunscreen over it doesn’t roll off my face which is a good thing. Overall a wonderful mask, unfortunately hard to get in NL.
If you don’t like any type of the residue on your skin I’d advise you to use this mask before going to sleep and add a nice anti-aging sleeping pack to your routine to maximize the effects of this product. You can also use it in combination with the collagen supplements to maximize the collagen benefits.
