Directions from the manufacturer:

After cleansing and toning, apply an even layer of product onto skin, being careful to avoid contact with the eyes. After 20-30 minutes, or when the mask has dried, carefully peel off and wipe face with toner before continuing with skincare routine.

TIP: Apply an even layer of product to achieve peel off removal. In the event that you are unable to peel off the mask, use additional product for a thicker application.

My experience:

This specific mask is not harsh for your skin. In comparison to the black peel off masks that remove the dirt from the pores, this is thousand time better product. It is similar to a wax layer that is gentle to your skin and still manages to pull out a lot of dirt and grime off my face. It is packed with a lot of fermented herbal ingredients.  You can literally smell the ginseng and honey. The scent is very strong and earthy. A true luxury item in terms of ingredients.

I try to use it once a week and it does wonders to my oily skin. The consistency of it is a dark-brown goo with trillions of specks of dried herbs in it. It is semi-thick and spreads well over your face. I usually apply it with my fingers and wait for about 20 minutes for it to completely dry. Even a thin layer does a good job and it peels off with ease in 1 piece. I tried doing a thicker layer once but the drying time turned to be very long. When removing the mask there is no pulling or tugging on my baby hairs on the face which is very surprising considering the fact that this is a peel off pack. I think this is the first mask that I’ve tried that manages not to hurt my face in the removal process.

I prefer to use it before applying my make up. I removes the dead skin cells leaving me with much smoother and brighter skin. I wish it would come in the small mini-tube so that I could take it to vacations with me.  Oh, and the packaging on it is amazing. Thanks to the large cap it can be easily stored vertically on my vanity.
