My experience:
A lot of people may think this is a strange product and I would agree with them. This mask is a 2-step program with gel and dry sheet mask that you apply over the gel. Despite the difficulties with application and 15 minute wait, this mask leaves me with the most smoothest baby skin. My 1 year old baby is even jealous of it ?
The packaging on this mask is not too handy. In order to get to the step 1 you have to cut the sachet with the gel off and only then open it, otherwise it’s a one big jelly mess. The gel is transparent an has a slime-like consistency. It does stay put on the face which is remarkable. First time I used it I was afraid it will drip everywhere but no such thing happened. The gel smells a bit citrusy and the scent disappears in seconds after you apply it onto your face.
The step 2 is a 2-piece sheet mask made of thick paper that is not too bendy. You have to really press it onto the gel and that’s when the magic starts happening. The fit of the sheet is great. It could cover a much larger face than mine with no problem.
Ince the gel comes in contact with the sheet you hear crackling sounds and feel the tingling of your skin. It lasts for about 5 minutes on me and is then replaced by a slightly warm sensation. I can literally feel my pores opening up.
Another 10 minutes and I remove the paper sheet. You do have to wash of the excess gel. I typically do it wit a simple washcloth and warm water. It comes off quite easily and I am left with very clean skin. After patting the face dry leave your skin alone for 10-20 minutes. The pink tint will go away and you will feel whether your skin needs extra moisture layer or not. With this mask I usually use only need to use the toner and I can immediately apply my make-up over it.
Now to the best part. My make-up lasts me all day. Skin remains oil- and shine free. It’s velvety, baby smooth and plump. I call this mask “my pocket cosmetologist” because I do feel pampered after it. I tend to get stuck on one type of product for a while but I am making promise now that I will start getting out of my comfort zone and getting more different masks for reviews so more bubble peeling products will be introduces to me and you, my reader.
