My experience:
Pyunkang Yul A Therapy Hand Cream Garden Mint is a lovely hand cream containing a lot of nourishing and essential oils. Fortified with vitamin E, this one will shine the best on those with very dry skin or through-ought the winter months. I love the aesthetic of the brand and once the hand cream was released I immediately went and got it. It took me a while to open it as I was finishing a bunch of my FRUDIA hand creams.
After the first use I was blown away by how moisturizing this cream is. It is so rich that it felt too much upon the application. I did use the pea size amount and it felt like it was a lot. Upon following trials I reduced the amount by half and it felt wonderful. I don't like the very oily or silicony hand creams as they make my hands glide and sweat more than they already do. The texture of it is blended perfectly. Cream is very firm once it comes out of the tube but then it starts to melt into the skin.
The absorption speed is quite long for my liking but it is worth waiting as my hands feel so good afterwards. Once I figured out the right amount I realized that this tube will last me an entire winter so I decided to set it aside for when weather gets colder and to get something with more lightweight lotion texture for now. I do grab it once in a while on the days when my hands feel extremely dry and only before I go to bed.
If you like everything mint-scented, this cream will surprise you. The scent is not out-there-candy-mint as in some other skin care products I previously used. Instead, it is very earthy, light, fresh mint fragrance that is very herbal at the same time. I love it because of how soothing it feels. I think this cream is great and PY has delivered another great product to the market. I am curious about the other "Pure Herb" version and will purchase it after I'm done using this one. Let me know if you have tried it yet and what your experience was.
