My experience:
When it comes to the pore cleansing peel-off masks I am pretty sure I have tried them all. This particular peel off product was a part of the set that I’ve bought and it came as a bonus to my main 2 items I was hunting down, the ghassoul cleansing bar and the ghassoul clay pack. So I thought why not to review them all at some point and today is the day for the Ghassoul Peel Off Nose Pack.
The tub contains 50 ml of product which is a lot for a local treatment. If you use it on an entire face (strongly not advised) you will run out of it quite fast. I usually use these type of peel offs only on my nose and when necessary on the forehead. Some people may apply these on the chin, but definitely do not attempt using it near the hair line or on sensitive areas. You will epilate your face! Ouch, ouch and more ouch!
The consistency of this peel off mask is not droopy as other similar products. It is very thick and almost clay like. You have to apply it in a thin layer! Try to steam your face in advance so that your pores are open. In that way this mask will grab onto the debris from your pores much better and the extraction will be less painful, especially if your skin is sensitive.
The thicker the layer-the longer the drying time. This mask definitely contains particles of the soil and it makes the drying time even longer. After 20 minutes of drying everything comes off in 1 piece and it pulls out everything from my pores!!! I would not purchase this mask again simply because the scent of it is just not my cup of tea.
