Too Cool For School Egg Cream Mask is one of the best selling masks from this brand. This all for a reason because the entire series are amazing! It works so great with my oily skin not making it greasy at all. I love that it delivers such great plumping results.
Claims from the manufacturer:
This mask features an ultra-soft microfiber sheet drenched in egg extracts, coconut water, niacinamide, and other botanical extracts to deliver ultimate hydration, nourishment, and brightening benefits.
Coconut water provides hydration and quickly penetrates into skin. Niacinamide and camu camu extract are rich in vitamin C to brighten the overall appearance of skin, while egg extracts nourish. Actives are delivered through a skin-fitting microfiber, which comfortably adheres to all facial contours.
In as little as 20 minutes, skin appears more visibly radiant and glowy, and feels well hydrated and nourished for that “I Woke up Like This” look.
Directions from the manufacturer:
Remove mask from packaging. Pull mesh off slowly and discard. Gently apply microfiber mask to fit the contours of your face. Press gently with fingertips to spread evenly and leave on for 10 to 20 minutes. Peel off mask and massage remaining serum into face.

My experience:
Too Cool For School Egg Cream Mask is to date my most favorite product from this line of sheet masks. There are 3 kinds available to nourish, hydrate or firm your skin. All of them are excellent and deliver great results without breaking the advertised promises. The hydration mask has a very nice sheet quality with an amazing fit on my face. The sheet is soft and soaked in thick viscous solution that is strongly scented with the classic Egg Cream line scent.
Sheet comes with an extra protective layer that is made of quite hard plastic. This prevents mask from sagging down in the package if you store it upright. I like it because no matter what you do with the packaging, the mask will always remain properly saturated with the essence. As I’ve said the essence is very viscous. It is opaque white and reminds me of the TYF toner for mature skin that I’ve reviewed recently. I love the scent of it and use these masks after having some stronger chemical exfoliation such as after 2-step peels.
Overall, the results are always great on my skin. After 25 minutes of wear my skin is plumped up, hydrated to the brim and there is very little residue left on my skin to absorb. The essence sinks in in about 5 minutes and leaves a dewy finish behind. If you have a dry mature skin this mask will be your lifesaver. I do not recommend this one for people with hypersensitive skin as the perfume can be an irritant since it is quite noticeable on the skin even after the mask is removed.
In case your skin is super oily, avoid using this mask in the summer months in AM routines. PM routines are the best as you will harvest all nutritional benefits this mask delivers. I will be definitely repurchasing these in bulk once they are on sale online. Too bad the price per single unit is so high, otherwise I would call this mask a holy grail of mine. It is not on the rightful spot in my “Kati’s hall of fame” purely because of it’s steep price.
