My experience:
Vitamasques Manuka Honey Hydrating Moisturising Mask is a major fail for me. It is overpriced, overhyped and does little to nothing to your skin. It seems to aggravate rosacea and contains a lot of alcohol which is dehydrating for your skin. So all the beautiful claims listed on the packaging are becoming a messy drama when it comes to the application and final results.
Packaging of the mask is very eye-catching. Lustrous, expensive with beautiful honey images. Once you open the sachet, you immediately smell the alcohol. On the day of masking my skin was in a pretty good shape so I could afford experimenting. On any other given day it would go straight to the garbage bin.
Application takes little time, mask unfolds with ease but then problems start. It does not want to sit on your face. I mean at all! Vitamasques Manuka Honey Hydrating Moisturising Mask claims they have 3-layered sheet, advanced technology, supreme adherence and bla-bla-bla. In reality- you breathe and it peels off your face like dry sheet of wallpaper rested against the wall. After positioning myself horizontally I am good to go.
After 5 minutes my face starts to tingle and then it is slowly burning. Not in flames, but hot skin is not my favorite end-result. Hot means irritation. And yes, after removing the mask and walking to the mirror, my face was glowing red and my rosacea was out of whack. I had to rinse it off my face. Vitamasques Manuka Honey Hydrating Moisturising Mask is. no go for anyone. Steer clear in the stores from it unless you want to be remembered by having Halloween face. Splashing water on the face does better job than this. Ingredient list is also very pointless - mostly glycerin and preservatives. So yeah, I would not recommend it. To anyone. Ever.
