Water Bomb Jelly Mask – Moisture by BERRISOM is one of the 4 jelly masks that this brand is famous for. I’ve got my hand on 3 of them and I will review all 3 of them in time starting with the moisture mask.
Claims from the manufacturer:
A nourishing face mask for dry skin types.
Offering 120 hours of hydration, WaterBomb Jelly Mask – Moisture is packed with skin soaking favourites that slow moisture evaporation and prolong soft, plump skin. Perfect for a dry, tired complexion, use as necessary to instantly boost brightness and visibly reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Directions from the manufacturer:
Place mask over clean, dry skin. Leave for 15-20 minutes before removing. Dispose of mask and pat excess serum into the skin.

My experience:
First of all, the packaging is nice and clear. It has all the necessary descriptions available in english and an easy opening. Once you open the bag you are knocked out by the strong scent of the gel. And by strong I mean very strong. I can live with strongly scented masks but not with these water bomb jelly maks. All of them have kind of similar scent that is verging chemical citronella/artificial lemon fragrance and something very sweet. The exception was this moisture mask. It smells like a laundry detergent straight from the box.
After you get used to the scent (joking, you never will), it’s time to get the sheet out. It comes out with a big blob of jelly attached to it. But once jelly contacts your skin, it starts melting down into more watery consistency and eventually dripping down the chin. As for the fit and adherence of the mask, both are excellent. The fabric of this mask series is made of the similar synthetic material that is used in Blithe masks. So what about the results?
Each of the masks in this series are made to hydrate your skin. And they are pretty good at doing so. Unfortunately they are too overpriced for the results. they deliver on my dehydrated skin. The claim of 120 hours of moisture is far fetched. It doesn’t last for 24h either. I’d say 8-12 hours at most and then you need to consider some other mask. Will I be buying it again? No. I don’t want to sound like a nagging Nancy but this entire series is a huge fail from the brand.
Pros:
+ Cute packaging
+ Amazing fit and adherence
+ Paraben, sulfate and alcohol free formula
Cons:
– Bad smell of the essence
– Wonky consistency of the essence
– Overpriced
– Zero results besides basic hydration
– Contains fragrance and silicone
